  This place was recommended to me for my garden DIY project. Its first and foremost a tradesmen offering but is also open to the public. Their website is not updated and no-one returns your requests for a quote or info! I nevertheless wasn't put off by this and visited myself to better understand the products/services. They deliver for free for all orders over £250 inc vat. I've used them many times now and the quality of the product is excellent even if their admin is some way off what you'd hope for. I'm not sure what they'll do when the next generation of tradesman use APPS and want to order everything online. They will need to invest more into online and their website/admin but some would say the old fashion over the counter and in-person experience shouldn't be lost. I'll keep buying from them but only because its local and convenient to me.
